This season, the Detroit Pistons have launched the Pistons Rewards program, a Members only platform, to recognize the contribution of YOU, our most valued supporters. As a Member, you will have the opportunity to earn points for purchasing season tickets and attending Pistons games and redeem those points for once-in-a-lifetime Pistons experiences. To be eligible to earn Pistons Rewards points, Members must be recognized as the primary account holder on a Pistons 2013-14 full season, half season or 10-game mini plan. All Pistons Black, Red, Blue and Palace Royal Members are encouraged to participate.
You will receive your Pistons Reward cards via mail prior to the start of the NBA regular season (2 cards per account). Members’ cards will arrive loaded with points based on membership segment, 2013-14 Pistons season ticket spend and years of consecutive membership. Upon receiving these cards, Members should login to the Pistons Rewards portal to activate their Rewards account.
Members have the opportunity to earn additional points by attending Pistons games and Member events, making in-venue purchases and engaging with the Pistons brand. For example, when you enter the Palace of Auburn Hills for a Pistons home game, your ticket will be scanned and points will automatically be transferred to your Pistons Rewards account within 3-5 business days. Once inside the arena, please present your Pistons Rewards card when making concessions and merchandise purchases to receive Pistons Rewards points and Member discounts.
